Welcome to FlashLight (Package Name: com.netconsulate.flashlight), developed and operated by NetConsulate Software Private Limited("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the FlashLight Android mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these App-Specific Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. App Description and Included Features

FlashLight is a mobile utility application providing tools including:

Camera LED torch illumination with Normal, SOS beacon, and Strobe modes.
Adjustable LED brightness level slider (on supported Android 13+ devices).
Full-screen soft Screen Light mode with custom color selections (White, Yellow, Red, Green, Blue).
Magnifier tool with real-time camera preview and digital zoom slider (1x to 10x).
Custom optical Morse code transmitter.
Auto-off Sleep Timer (1m, 5m, 10m, 30m).
Quick Settings Notification Shade Tile, Home Screen 1-tap Widget, and Shake-to-Light gesture.
Battery monitoring and low-battery warning alerts.

Photosensitivity and Health Warning: the App features high-frequency Strobe Mode and optical flashing signals. Exposure to rapidly flashing lights may trigger epileptic seizures or disorientation in individuals with photosensitive epilepsy. Use Strobe mode responsibly and avoid pointing the LED light directly into eyes.

2. Hardware Permissions and Camera Usage

The App requests minimal permissions to provide its features:

Camera Permission (android.permission.CAMERA): requested solely for the real-time live preview in the Magnifier feature. The App does not capture, record, or transmit photos or videos.
Internet and Network State: used to render online help resources, process in-app purchases, log diagnostic crash reports, and display advertisements.

3. In-App Purchases and Advertising

The App offers an optional in-app purchase to remove advertisements:

"Remove Ads" Product (ID: flashlight_remove_ads): a non-consumable digital purchase processed securely through the official Google Play Billing system.
Purchase Restoration: purchases are permanently linked to your Google Account and can be restored free of charge on any supported device.
Advertisements:unless the "Remove Ads" feature is purchased, the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, graphics, branding, icons, and design elements in FlashLight are owned exclusively by NetConsulate Software Private Limited and protected under international copyright laws.

5. Relation to General NetConsulate Terms

These Terms apply specifically to the FlashLight mobile application. For NetConsulate's general company terms and general website terms, please visit netconsulate.com/terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. NetConsulate Software Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.
