• •Late payments may attract interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower

• •All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NetConsulate Software Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Website or services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to our Website or services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to NetConsulate in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
